About Us

Hooten Land Design, Inc. is a landscape architectural firm located in Atlanta, Georgia focusing on residential sites, construction planning, land planning, institutional, and park design.

Residential projects include site renovations, custom residences and estates, working with individual home owners, developers and other clients.  We frequently collaborate with architects, designers and builders to produce a comprehensive design.  We have completed projects in the Atlanta area, the low country between Savannah and Charleston, throughout the Southeast, and in other regions of the United States.

The firm is led by Donald Hooten, a registered landscape architect in Georgia and other surrounding areas. Don has been joined in his practice by sons, David and Cal, both landscape designers. Many of our projects have been featured or a part of articles in Better Homes and Garden, Southern Living, Southern Accents, and Coastal Living.  We have also had projects featured on HGTV.
